This new build project is a hybrid residential/commercial building with a gross floor area of 28,000 m² and 5 upper, and 4 basement floors. The Neuhauser Straße elevation has a façade clad over its full height in brass and glass. The inner courtyard has a kaleidoscopelike facade in mirror glass. In 2014 the building was awarded gold sustainability certification from the DNGB [German Sustainable Building Council].
