 Campus am Mittelweg

The “Campus am Mittelweg" is anything but a facade.
The ensemble will include three newly constructed office buildings which are grouped around the old villa and form the “"Platz der Harmonie" [Square of Harmony] at its centre.

The completed ensemble will include three office buildings which are grouped around the renovated villa and form a square at its centre.

It is now a part of the exclusive “Sophienterrassen" residential and business quarter
in one of the finest and most fashionable Hamburg districts: Harvestehude.
In the newly created 3 units at Mittelweg Campus 2 to 4, there is a total of approx. 6.000 m² of rental area.
