The FKN HOLDING GmbH & Co. KG takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this data protection declaration.
The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. As far as on our sides personal data (for example name, address or e-mail addresses) are raised, this takes place, as far as possible, always on voluntary basis. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.
We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

Cookies

Data integrity

Codification
To protect the security of your data during transmission (e.g. contact forms, application management), we use state-of-the-art encryption methods (e.g. SSL) via HTTPS. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the green lock symbol and the beginning address line with "https://" in the browser line.

Server log files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • browser type/ browser version
  • operating system used
  • Referrer URL
  • host name of the accessing computer
  • Time of the server request

These data cannot be assigned to specific persons. These data are not combined with other data sources. We reserve the right to check these data subsequently if we become aware of concrete indications of an illegal use.

Contact form
If you send us enquiries using the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact data you provided there, will be stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions.

The processing of the data entered in the contact form is thus carried out exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. All you need to do is send us an informal e-mail. The legality of the data processing processes carried out up to the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data entered by you in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete, your consent for storage revoked or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). If no contractual relationship is established, we delete your data after 6 months. Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.

Google Maps
FKN uses Google Maps to display the interactive map, which can also be used to describe how to get there. Provider of the service is: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The data processed may include in particular
