Circle Square 2&4 Manchester
The two 70m and 55m high buildings are part of the redevelopment of the former BBC Site in the center of Manchester. The upper floors include office space, whilst the podium covers the entrance lobbies as well as several retail areas.
The glazed Unitised Curtain Wall will be divided by red glazed projecting terracotta features. With the selection of this material, the façade ties in with the region's brick tradition. The Stick System Façade at the podium includes concealed openings for ventilation devices.
