District on the Beach Quay Hamburg

Three separate structures with up to 15 complete storeys are to be created on the project property in the harbour city area of Hamburg. A total of approx. 21,500 m2 gross surface area, above ground, on a communal 4-storey underground car park are expected to be realised. The inner-city district comprises three building parts: In the “Engel & Völkers-House" (E&V-House), there will be a provision for the future company head office from Engel & Völkers with around 8,500 m2. The second building in the district will form a 15 storey residential building with 66 high-quality freehold flats on floors 2-14. The two base floors of the ground floor and 1st floor in this residential tower Are planned to be commercial premises which, apart from a partial area, will be rented by Engel & Völkers. The third building in this district comprises an 8-storey residential and office building. The ground floor and 1st floor Are intended as commercial rented premises which will be rented by Engel & Völkers. 30 rental flats will be created on floors 2 to 7.
