At the entrance to Gewerbegebiet Süd industrial zone, Frankfurterstr. 2-8, a modern, attractive building complex with diverse and flexible uses with a focus on offices is being built.

The ensemble consists of three main buildings, a 17-story tower and two 6-story low-rise buildings. In addition, a 2-story connecting structure will be erected as an entrance building. The company Samsung will locate its headquarters here.

The bright building skin consists of an elegant and high-quality unitized curtain wall system with large and openable vents, which allow optimal working conditions in the interior spaces. The design combination of vertical fins and horizontal aluminium features achieves an interesting appearance and at the same time allows the integration of sun protection louvres to the façade.

The aim is to achieve a LEED Platinum green building certification.
