One of the most exciting projects in North Rhine-Westphalia. The Exzenterhaus is a new high-rise office building built on top of a listed 7-storey circular air-raid shelter dating from 1942. It includes a high-rise element, whose 3 vertically offset sections are arranged eccentrically rotated about the centre axis. Each of these sections comprises 5 standard floors.
