Tour Total Berlin

In the centre of Berlin, opposite the new main station, a new high quality urban quarter is being developed: Europacity – distinctive, urbane, sustainable, designed for modern living. Tour Total is the first building to be completed in Europacity. A three-dimensionally formed modular façade was selected which gives the building a strong individual character. The completed building is 69 m high with 16 office floors and one service floor, plus an underground car park with 3 basement levels. In 2013 it received silver sustainability certification from the DNGB [German Sustainable Building Council]. In 2014 the building received an architectur award for its concrete design.
